Working principle:
After the start of blower, dust-containing air flow enters dust cleaner through suction arm under negative pressure. The air first hits flow distribution plate, and changes the flow direction. Bigger size particles settle to the dust hopper under gravity, while the smaller ones enter into filtration chamber. After the filtration of flame-retardant nano filter cartridge, dust settles on the outer surface of filter media, purified air enters purification chamber and is exhausted by air outlet after silencing to complete the filtration. Resistance of dust cleaner rises with the quantity of dust settles on the surface of filter cartridge, when it reaches the set value of pressure differential meter, PLC control electromagnetic valve will start to work. The compressed air blowback system starts pulse cleaning and sends compressed air into the filter through nozzle, and then the slight shock generated by reverse positive pressure air flow can let the settled dust on filter cartridge fall off into the dust hoppe

7) Phase order indication of power supply, open-phase short circuit, over-load protection.
8) Filter element is made of imported flame retardant nano fiber, which has large filtering area and high filtering precision to satisfy indoors discharging standards.

Product application
